Day 4 – Soccer Playing in Germany

So first what i did today was wake up at a unusual time because I was used to 6 hours behind so I woke up at 12:00 and said to my mom, “Do want to go play soccer?” She obviously said  yes. So we played soccer until this guy named Tai came in and that is the guy you can see up above in the Ronaldo t-shirt. He was pretty good but he couldn’t really speak good English so I had to mainly speak German with him and while I played with him we talked for a while. After the game was over the score was 16 : 14. He won but I was close. He kept on juking me out but then I figured out his moves within 30 minutes. We had played for 90 minutes which is a full soccer game! He only knew one trick that I learned the day after which is the rainbow. I figured how to do it but I can’t do it regularly. So that was basically what happened. Also I played with my three year old cousin Jonathan

And that was basically all that happened today.

  1. Aren’t you happy that you can speak German? New friends are made on the soccer field! Did you know that Opa Harry and I use to play in an adult soccer league? We made some new friends through soccer too. BTW, your little cousin is really cute. I’ll bet he loves being around you and Art. Thanks for the blog. I love to read your updates. – Oma Jane
